Great opportunity for the right candidate to overlook independent repair shop. Fast paced environment is looking to fill our Service Manager position.
Candidate should:
be a successful multitasker
work well with others in a team atmosphere
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
scheduling jobs to come
parts ordering for shop/road jobs
updating customers on status of repair
informing customers upon completion of repair
billing out/preparing workorder for final invoice
take incoming calls/messages for road/tow jobs and dispatch to head of department
Other responsibilities may come about depending on situation.
