Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you will be an essential part of our day-to-day operations, contributing to various office tasks and supporting our commitment to outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with a variety of day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Packaging orders with care and attention to detail.
Engaging with existing clients, providing assistance and maintaining positive relationships
Maintain inventory count every week
If you are digital savy - help with photography and social media updates
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer interactions.
Proficiency in using office software and tools.
Location and Time:
Located near Assembly Row in Somerville.
Part-time position, approximately 20 hours weekly.
Compensation:
$20 - $22/hr depending on experience
