Part-time school-year position on Tuesdays and Thursdays; 6 days a month from 8:30-2:30. Opportunity for additional hours possible at other sites in Middlesex County if desired.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute provided TimberNook programming.
Oversee enrollment and communicate with families including daily email to families.
Oversee the logistical needs and safety of all the children in the program.
Lead songs, activities, and facilitate play needs.
Empower the children by allowing them to direct their own play and by observing from a safe distance.
Arrive early and stay late for program set-up and site clean-up.
Check in with families at the start and the end of each program day.
Attend marketing events on behalf of the organization as needed.
Complete seasonal and other site clean-up and preparation.
Supervise additional staff members and work as a team.

Love working with children of all abilities while being energetic, enthusiastic, and patient with children.
Passionate Change-Makers who want to take their work with children outdoors.
Ability to work in all types of weather, with insects, not afraid to get wet and dirty.
Have diverse gifts, unique personal experiences and backgrounds ranging from education, child care, health care, sports, outdoors and more.
Ability to utilize their specialized skills to positively impact children through experiential learning and child-led play outdoors.
Flexible, organized, prompt, responsible, hardworking, and physically able to lead program activities.
Able to supervise, schedule, and work effectively with other staff.
Looking for a person interested in multi-year employment and an opportunity to grow with the organization.
Each Certified Provider starts their initial training with an online corporate training program to become certified.
Salary
Commiserate with experience and education: $24.00-$26.00 an hour
