Position Purpose: The account management co-op will serve as a key resource to the team.Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Directly reporting to the Director of Energy & Account Management.Professional service to account relationships.Prepare client reports, presentations, and account summaries.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through CRM (Salesforce).Assist with contract management and renewal processes.Support preparation of sales proposals.Provide support for market research efforts.Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up activities.Analyze account performance metrics and prepare basic reports using excel, powerpoint, and Power BI.Supporting project management requests as required by the rest of the upper management team.
