Description I have partnered with a real estate firm that is seeking an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for accounting within their development team and have supervisory responsibilities. They are working on a hybrid office schedule and this role compensates from $120 - 135K + bonus. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications. Maintain and update customer credit records as needed. Annual Estimates Mortage payments Oversee the auditing process and ensure all financial statements are accurate and compliant with regulations. Handle billing functions and resolve any related issues promptly. Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management. Manage financial transactions and processes related to commercial real estate Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.   • The Manager of Material Management will lead a staff of 15. This position will lead and direct all facets of dental clinical supply chain management including, but not limited to, purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material forecasting, capacity planning and sourcing, master scheduling, inventory control, and financial costing, as necessary for the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. This position will provide leadership and direction on a cross-functional basis. This role will also be responsible for receiving and distributing dental supply inventory and special-order items for all departments of GSDM that require the purchase of dental supplies and material for either use in patient treatment clinics, for teaching of students in pre-clinical courses. The role is also responsible for overseeing the process of working with pre and post doc Programs to create, order, receive, and distribute \'instrument kits\' to students. The role involves overseeing the receiving flow in the department and maintaining documentation related to receiving in stock, and non-stock supply distribution. The incumbent coordinates emergency deliveries and investigates special-order delivery issues. The role also involves facilitating the unloading, unpacking, and storing of inventory items, notifying the Inventory Coordinator(s) of changes in product movement, and verifying item quantity discrepancies. The role involves facilitating the delivery of stock and non-stock items to all treatment centers, fulfilling supply order requests, and assisting with annual and cycle count events.
