Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Actuarial Analyst 2, Analytics/Forecasting analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. Establishes metrics, provides data analyses, and works directly to support business intelligence. Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position. The Actuarial Analyst 2, Analytics/Forecasting work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Actuarial Analyst 2, Analytics/Forecasting ensures data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoots problems, conducts root cause analysis, and develops cost effective resolutions for data anomalies.The key responsibilities of the role include:

Optimizing and Maintaining financial models projecting the impact of key Post-Acute clinical initiatives

Continuous evaluation of Post-Acute program performance, including periodic re-assessments of operational and financial drivers

Collaborate with key operational teams to share model results, understanding operational changes and support program success

Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams

Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with healthcare claims data

Proficient in SAS and Excel

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,800 - $108,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.   • The Application Analyst III position will be housed under a subsidiary organization of C3, Community Technology Cooperative, LLC (CTC) to implement, maintain, support, and maximize the use of clinical, financial, and administrative portions of the software applications utilized by CTC in conducting daily operations under the direction of the Manager of Population Health & Reporting.
