Responsibilities

Assist in the hiring process while effectively training, managing, and leading team members. Provide performance feedback and corrective action when required, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered with a positive team member and guest experience

Prepare cost and operational reporting, and verify the reporting of cash handling, sales, and payroll accounting

Maintain the implementation of appropriate sanitation standards and procedures

Ensure equipment maintenance is completed when necessary and operation areas are always running successfully

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years' experience in a FOH restaurant role and/or F&B.

One (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisor role in F&B required.

Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures, with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Basic organizational and mathematical abilities

Must be able to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
