Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Audio Visual Technician based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role calls for a seasoned professional with a strong IT background, adept at designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audiovisual systems and equipment. The successful candidate will also be tasked with providing IT support for system users in our team. Responsibilities: Leverage audio-visual expertise to design and install audio-visual systems and equipment. Maintain all audiovisual systems, ensuring they function efficiently. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with the audiovisual systems. Provide IT support for system users, resolving any technical issues swiftly. Demonstrate technical proficiency by working effectively with a range of hardware and software. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve any technical issues. Maintain accurate records of all audiovisual systems and equipment. Monitor system users' accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Process applications from customers accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Audio Visual Technician or in a similar role Proficiency in Cisco Technologies and Citrix Technologies Solid understanding of Computer Hardware and Database management Experience with Dell Technologies and Active Directory is a plus Familiarity with Apple Devices and Backup Technologies Expertise in Crestron control systems Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
