Lead health and financial benefits administration across the Americas, with a primary focus on the US (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), etc.)

Collaborate with the Global Rewards team to align our benefit plans with the LEGO Group’s values and employee value proposition.

Serve as key point of contact with our external vendors and partners, including Aetna, WTW, Fidelity and Delta Dental.

Identify and assess opportunities to enhance our benefits portfolio and processes, with a focus on inclusive benefits that maintain our position as an employer of choice.

Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA and other applicable regulations.

Lead the annual open enrollment process and ongoing communication efforts, to drive employee engagement.

Partner with our Shared Services organization to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience when employees engage with our benefits and policies.

This role interacts with PPC peers as well as employees at all levels throughout the business. 5+ years of related experience, preferably in an organization with a distributed workforce

1 to 3+ years of experience using Workday. Experience implementing/optimizing Workday is a plus.

Extensive experience in Excel.

Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to US benefits and retirement plans. Familiarity with benefits in Canada and/or Brazil is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and results orientation.

Strong collaboration skills with a track record of contributing to a positive team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.

Additional Details on this position.This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St, Back Bay, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by the mid-2025.
