Support the Boston Garden Society Experience Team with daily client interactions such as ticketing inquiries, amenity fulfillment, and financial compliance. Additionally, support project-based duties such as research, event planning, and inventory management of BGS products and client gifts.
Support the Boston Garden Society Sales Team with various processes, such as inputting prospect data and assisting with reviewing and organizing client contracts.
Help manage the BGS general client inbox and phone lines to appropriately respond to or distribute client inquiries.
Attend select TD Garden events, including Bruins games, Celtics games, and concerts, and assist with various game-day responsibilities as needed, such as running an in-game contest or client event.
Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Communications, or any other relevant major/coursework.
Software/Technical Skills: proficient in Microsoft suite; Salesforce experience a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, depending on event schedules.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform some manual labor as an essential function of the position.
