Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business/Data Analyst (Non-IT) - Intermediate in Boston, Massachusetts. This role will primarily focus on supporting the display of ETF Mutual and Cash funds on websites in the US and globally. The successful candidate will be working closely with various internal and external teams to ensure regulatory and commercial data requirements are met.Responsibilities: Collaborate with product development and fund management teams to understand fund characteristics and data display requirements Act as a subject matter expert for US ETF and Mutual Fund product information text and data on websites and fact sheets Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure necessary disclosures and compliance approvals Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure necessary fund information is incorporated into our systems Understand differences between web page/fact sheet templates, data constraints, text nuances across various countries Collaborate with data providers to resolve issues quickly and effectively Provide quality assurance testing support and leadership for key projects Establish strong working relationships and collaborate with internal groups and external partners Work with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve current processes Foster teamwork and consensus with partners and project team members. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in communication and training, with a strong emphasis on clarity and effectiveness Ability to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations Experience in research and data analysis, including cash activity and cost analysis Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Familiarity with auditing processes and procedures Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team or project Proficiency in using digital tools and websites, including web app usage Ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses and create detailed spreadsheets Experience with monitoring tools and techniques Proven ability to work effectively with partners and suppliers Strong time management and teamwork skills Experience in competitor analysis and the creation of templates Willingness to work onsite when required Understanding of the importance of submission deadlines and ability to meet them consistently.
