Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet annual sales targets and objectives
  • Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
  • Regular attendance and punctuality at weekly ETC staff meeting
  • Develop sales plan and marketing campaigns with coordination of internal stakeholders
  • Take initiative and develop prospecting plan to create ETC business
  • Make cold calls and work with other Business Units within Eurofins to drive attendance to training courses
  • Work and attend meetings with marketing to promote ETC Services
  • Attend designated trade shows with a detailed contact plan
  • Follow up on assigned leads by email and phone
  • Create consulting proposals for on-site/virtual training and on-site/remote consulting activities
  • Work with other Testing Business Units to promote all Eurofins services
  • Develop relationships with Business Development Directors in all Business Units
  • Be an active participate in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plan for Food Safety Systems and other Business Units within Eurofins
  • Work with operations on coordination of news sales and revision of existing sales
  • Follow Eurofins policies and procedures
  • Promote customer service and provide account management to existing accounts as assigned
  • Develop and communication weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Report on and manage KPI’s as they relate to open and closed sales, leads contacted, new sales won, strategically grown accounts
  • Become competent in all food safety systems products and services
  • Support other Business Development Managers (Sales) in the selling of FSS
  • Become familiar with other Eurofins products and services
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess

  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow for moving comfortably in a business environment and to interface with all levels of customer and staff

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent technical writing ability

  • Works well with others and develops relationships internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications

:

  • BA or BS degree in food related or businness/sales discipline
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Profficent in Microsoft Office
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time and 1st shift,remote. 8 AM- 5 PM, Monday- Friday.
