Position Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience
Inpatient acute care + level I trauma experience
GE Hi Def or Revolution experience
BLS (AHA), ARRT (CT)

TheCAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographsof specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional imagesprovide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones,which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT ScanTechnologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, andaddresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety ofspecialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
