It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleClient Support Sr. Principal Government ProgramsJob DescriptionThe Client Support Government Programs Senior Principal is responsible for leading strategy development and execution for client support initiatives for Prime’s Government Programs (GP) Client Strategy team and Center of Excellence (COE). This role will lead strategic planning and implementation of all GP client in-person events and virtual meetings, including annual all-client Medicare Star Rating and Bid forum. This person sets direction of GP client support needs and drives collaboration and alignment with the GP COE and internal client-facing teams including Health Plan Markets, Clinical Program Management, Trade, Network, Quality/Star Ratings, Actuarial, Product, and Analytics. In addition, this role will develop strategic roadmap and timelines for communications with clients, and in partnership with SMEs, lead message creation and content development / delivery of client presentations and communications. In addition, this role will work throughout enterprise to drive GP client support needs through Account Management Office on portal and customer relationship database (CRM), Regulatory Affairs / Compliance, Operations, GP General Management, Corporate Communications, and Marketing teams.Responsibilities:

Leads collaboration between Health Plan Marketings, Account Management Office, and GP COE initiatives to ensure alignment of client support strategic development and execution.

Lead strategic planning and execution of all GP client in-person events and virtual meetings, including end-to-end ownership of annual all client Medicare Star Rating and Bid forum (agenda, speakers, event logistics, content development, communications, etc.)

Lead GP client communication plan development and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Partner with GP client-facing teams and SMEs to develop key messaging and presentation materials that aligns with COE strategy and initiatives (product development, network design, formulary options, specialty, trade, actuarial, etc.)

Support key strategic client deliverables for GP including playbook, quarterly business reviews, and joint scorecard as well as ad hoc client-specific deliverables

Lead development and maintenance of departmental processes to define standards that drive consistency, efficiencies, and opportunities to support GP client support needs.

Drive Client Support needs in enterprise including client portal enhancements, customer relationship database (CRM) needs, facilitation of client feedback / surveys, client inquiries / issue support.

Manage department and event budget and consistently demonstrate Prime’s leadership expectations during interactions with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, health services or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

10 years of work experience in Communication, Marketing, Account Management, Program Management in health plan or PBM or related field to include 2 years Medicare and/or Medicaid Managed Care experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability of presenting program and project updates to senior executives

Strong organizational, analytical, interpretative, and time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills including team leadership and collaboration

Understanding of Government Programs including Medicare, Part D, and Medicaid.

Demonstrated ability to identify and develop best practices and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with cross-functional partners both internally and externally

Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Communication platforms, CRMs

Strong client consulting experience; ability to distill complex material into easy to understand presentations, effectively respond to questions and engage a variety of audiences

Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders across the organization

Minimum Physical Job Qualifications:

Travel required up to 20% of time

Potential pay for this position ranges from $125,200.00 - $200,000.00 based on experience and skills.   • The Director, 340B Programs and Services will be housed under C3s subsidiary, Community Pharmacy Cooperative, LLC (CPC) and is a key member of CPCs leadership team. The Director, 340B Programs and Services provides leadership and direction for the strategic, operational, financial, and administrative functions associated FQHC entities that have a 340B program working with CPC. The Director initiates the administration and ensures the compliance and optimization of these services at the covered entities optimizing program compliance and performance. As a member of the CPC leadership team, the Director is involved in a range of innovation, strategic planning, and program initiatives for all pharmacy services. They will work closely with leadership colleagues to evaluate best industry practices and internal systems, with an eye toward both future needs and budgetary considerations. The Director will support the 340B pharmacy programs and oversee all compliance-related services, with a focus on sustainability, growth, quality patient care, and responsible oversight of pharmacy-related business strategy and initiatives.
