Description We are seeking a Contracts Analyst with a background in IT Software to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be handling a variety of tasks related to customer applications, credit records, and inquiries. Additionally, you will be monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Contracts Analyst role within the IT Software industry.
Ability to draft, review and amend contracts is essential.
Experience with SaaS (Software As A Service) platforms is necessary.
Manage the SaaS contracts process effectively.
Work within a high-volume technology environment, maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Costpoint, and Deltek for various tasks.
Review contracts for risk and compliance
Handle amendments and other contract-related tasks, demonstrating a strong understanding of SaaS and its functionalities.
