Researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center are conducting a research study to learn about the early course of psychosis.
This study may be a good fit for you if: You are between the ages of 18-40; Have been diagnosed and receiving treatment for one of the following psychiatric disorders in the past 4 years: Schizophrenia; Schizoaffective Disorder; Schizophreniform; Bipolar I Disorder with psychotic features; Delusional Disorder; Major depressive disorder with psychotic features; or Psychosis NOS. If you decide to take part in the research study, you would have 4-5 visits over 12 months.
Study visit activities may include: Clinical and neuropsychological testing, EEG testing (which measures brain activity), and MRI.
Location of Research: This research will take place at MMHC located at 75 Fenwood Road
To compensate for time and travel, participants will receive up to $25 for travel and up to $625 ($325 for baseline and $100 for each of the 3 follow-ups).
