Join the GPS team as the Director of Performance Management! In this key role, you will collaborate with GPS Physicians to coordinate and assess provider performance, manage action plans, and determine provider training needs, as necessary. This position will require occasional travel to meet onsite with providers and center leadership. The Director of Performance Management works closely with Genesis center leadership, regional vice presidents, and clinical services to ensure maximum effectiveness of GPS providers in meeting the regional clinical and operational goals. You'll provide GPS Physicians with guidance of GPS policies, services, census goals, and systems throughout all of the GPS practice locations. Assuring the placement of key physicians to ensure high quality physician services is also part of job responsibilities. Genesis Physician Services is a group practice of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and others who specialize in the holistic care of sub-acute, skilled nursing and long-term stay patients. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred with consideration for equivalent professional experience, including 3+ years of health care industry experience, preferably with an emphasis in provider relations and operations. Well-developed analytical skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel based data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Strong computer skills and technology experience required with Google suite product experience preferred. Experience with EMR system - providing end user training Able to travel as needed with personal vehicle and valid driver's license with out of town travel: 25%.
