The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Engineering department with a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to:Creating purchase orders and ordering materials for the departmentPosting schedules and ensuring accurate payroll processingScheduling work with 3rd party contractors and managing regular maintenance schedules Working with the Director of Engineering to maintain all life safety and health related documentsManaging and monitoring task management systems for the engineering department and all related work ordersProcessing invoices for purchased items, contract labor and service calls.Actively participating in energy conservation programs.Reviewing all guest and meeting planner feedback to ensure problems are identified and corrected in a timely manner.Executing other administrative items as assigned by Director of Engineering
