The Opportunity:Flywire is looking for an Enterprise Client Success Manager to own and grow relationships with our most strategic travel clients. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and product, serving as the trusted advisor who ensures clients are getting maximum value from Flywire's payment solutions while driving retention and revenue growth.What You'll DoBuild and maintain deep, trusted relationships with enterprise travel clients, acting as their primary point of contact and internal advocate at FlywireDevelop bespoke strategic account plans for each client to maximize payment volume, product utilization, and overall satisfactionPartner closely with the Travel Sales Team on pipeline accounts — contributing to implementation and go-live planning well before a client's first transactionDrive revenue growth through proactive upselling and expansion opportunities within your book of businessOwn escalated client issues end-to-end, including chargebacks, refunds, and operational challenges, ensuring timely and accurate resolutionDeliver regular business reviews, analytics, and reporting that help clients understand their performance and identify opportunitiesLead and execute short- and long-term operational initiatives, continuous improvement plans, and client-driven special projectsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Operations to surface client feedback and advocate for enterprise needsContribute to building and maintaining onboarding best practices alongside the Sales teamIn the coming years, manage and develop a team of Relationship Managers spanning multiple regions within the DMC business units
