I. GENERAL SUMMARY :Under close supervision, performs repetitive housekeeping tasks in patient areas, offices, Clinics and other assigned areas. Maintains area according to established level of order, cleaning and sanitation.I I. PRINCIPAL D UTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :Empties ashtrays, wastebaskets and other waste receptacles and wipes clean with appropriate chemical. Replaces the plastic liners and brings to appropriate location, all trash collected. When assigned, brings trash to compactor. Damp dusts, polishes and disinfects all furniture, telephones, horizontal surfaces using appropriate chemicals and tools. Using appropriate chemicals, cleans bathrooms including sinks, bathtubs, showers, commodes, mirrors, stainless steel, etc. Replenishes bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, and soap) as necessary. Using appropriate tools, dusts all high ledges and frames. Using appropriate chemicals and tools, dusts and damp disinfects floors including corners and baseboards. Posts "Wet Floor" signs when mopping floor. Thoroughly cleans bed with disinfectant solution and makes bed with fresh linen upon patient discharge. Using appropriate chemicals and tools, washes and spot cleans walls and glass surfaces. Changes cubicle curtains and drapes in patient areas and offices when assigned. Using appropriate equipment and chemicals, vacuums and spot cleans carpets. Cleans and disinfects room, following infection control procedures, which have been exposed to a patient with an infectious disease. Buffs floors with floor roto machine and appropriate chemical when assigned. Moves furniture and equipment (including beds) when performing assigned duties. Collects needleboxes and disposes of them in appropriate area following departmental procedures. Changes mattresses and disposes of old ones in compactor area when assigned by Supervisor. Cleans toilets in utility rooms using appropriate chemical. Using appropriate chemical, cleans interior and exterior of hampers. Using appropriate chemicals and tools, dry and damp mops stair- wells and elevators. Using appropriate chemicals and tools, cleans interior of stoves in dietary kitchens on patient floors. Using appropriate chemical, cleans exterior of refrigerator as necessary and interior when emptied or defrosted. Maintains ESD closet in clean and orderly fashion. Collects and disposes of hazardous waste following established infection control procedures. Fills discharge cart on inpatient floor.III. JOB REQUIREMENTS :JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Ability to read, write, speak basic English, count and follow simple instructions. Two weeks on the job training. Ability to operate simple mechanical devices such as floor rotos, vacuums, compactors, etc. Physical skills required: Standing, walking, bending and stretching a majority of shift. Occasional climbing of ladders.IV. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS :Works in offices, public areas, Clinics with some contact with Hospital staff, visitors and patients. When working in inpatient areas has direct contact with patients, visitors, professional and clerical staff, 90% of time. Frequent exposure to dirt, dust, blood, body waste, and contaminated waste. Exposure to climate conditions when depositing trash in compactor. Possibility of cuts and needle punctures. Occasional exposure to hazards which may cause serious injury/illness (T.B., hepatitis, rodent bites).   • Our Purpose

  • The Director, 340B Programs and Services will be housed under C3s subsidiary, Community Pharmacy Cooperative, LLC (CPC) and is a key member of CPCs leadership team. The Director, 340B Programs and Services provides leadership and direction for the strategic, operational, financial, and administrative functions associated FQHC entities that have a 340B program working with CPC. The Director initiates the administration and ensures the compliance and optimization of these services at the covered entities optimizing program compliance and performance. As a member of the CPC leadership team, the Director is involved in a range of innovation, strategic planning, and program initiatives for all pharmacy services. They will work closely with leadership colleagues to evaluate best industry practices and internal systems, with an eye toward both future needs and budgetary considerations. The Director will support the 340B pharmacy programs and oversee all compliance-related services, with a focus on sustainability, growth, quality patient care, and responsible oversight of pharmacy-related business strategy and initiatives. The person in this position will integrate 340B pharmacy services with all aspects of pharmacy business operations throughout FQHCs aligned with CPC working closely with the Director, Pharmacy Business Management. This position will also be responsible for helping lead the articulation of what the 340B program means to the FQHC community we serve as well as supporting our efforts to advocate for the 340B program locally and nationally. The Director will work closely with the Director of Pharmacy Business Management, Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations, Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services, and other members of the CPC team, and oversee the remote 340B Program Coordinator group of 340B Coordinators for contracted client FQHCs. The Director must also have a customer-service mentality, recognizing the importance of both internal and external customers. The Director will report directly to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and have a matrixed relationship with the Director, Pharmacy Business Management.
