This Customer Service Representative job is short-term contract / temporary, and located in Boston, Massachusetts.Major responsibilities
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Receive and place telephone calls
Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications Requirements - Less than one year of experience required
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Customer service and office administrative skills
Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Strong familiarity with Registration Process
Data entry experience required
Customer service experience
