Position - EVP, Sales and Operations ICA - North AmericaLocation - Remote North America (East Coast US or Canada preferred but not required)Job DescriptionAt Quadient we count on our executive team to solve complex business problems with creativity and passion, always looking to learn something new. We are seeking an EVP of Sales and Operations for our ICA (Intelligent Communication Automation) solution business in North America to join us in this mission, with a focus on sales execution, partner and channel management, and customer success. Together with other members of the executive team, you will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships across all ICA solutions, while ultimately strengthening go-to-market operations.The ideal candidate is passionate for our company’s mission and a motivational leader, a self-starter able to execute and implement change, a player-coach, strategic, highly analytical and metrics driven. Serving as a key member of the executive team, the EVP, Sales and Operations will be a significant contributor to our culture and will hold a crucial role in management and leadership.Objectives of this Role

Partner with other members of the ICA executive team to implement the current corporate strategic plan and develop future plans

Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of our North America-focused revenue-generating departments

Deliver all monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the ICA business in North America

Lead a multi-faceted sales team, including inside sales and account management, that can drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing and other functions for improving the individual customer experience and strategy

Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way

Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation

Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth

Work in coordination and collaboration with the rest of the global ICA leadership team across the world to support the needs of the global business

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics

Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and strategic planning cycle

Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals

Identify and resolve issues across the sales and account management functions

Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, career development, coaching and mentoring of the sales team and sales department budget.

Drive and oversee process optimization, territory and quota development, revenue forecasting, sales compensation, and overall sales force success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

15+ years of hands-on sales management experience and a progressive sales leadership role as VP or SVP of Sales within B2B SaaS, sales strategy planning and execution, sales operations, business planning, and sales support management.

Proven track record of growing revenue through new customer acquisition, expansion selling, and channel development

General management and P&L experience

History of decision-making based on business metrics

Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications

Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other commercial tools

Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Extensive executive-level presentation experience

Proven track record in managing and growing $100M+ in revenue

Global experience to help align international strategies

MBA—or equivalent advanced degree

This position has a target base salary of:$350,000.00and annual commission target of:Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope.
