We are seeking an Executive Account Assistant to support our account management division and ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while assisting with administrative, logistical, and project-related tasks that keep our team functioning at a high level.Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Account Executive team
Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure timely responses and follow-through
Assist with organizing schedules, preparing documentation, and maintaining project timelines
Support the creation and tracking of client materials, reports, and meeting briefs
Help ensure quality control and accuracy across client deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives
