Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and with a strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Must be able to work both independently and as a team, and adapt to various needs of Fixed Income
Must demonstrate self-confidence and the ability to interact with senior level management throughout the firm
Must maintain strict confidentiality, multi-task, and have strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Advanced level MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, familiarity of Adobe Pro, AdobeSign, DocuSign
Ability to learn and work with various applications used by Fixed Income  Prepare and edit materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Create and process purchase requisitions in Ariba
Complete and submit expense reports in Concur
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives
Provide phone and message support
Print, copy, scan, and file materials
Sort and distribute mail
Maintain and order office supplies
