Our DBS tools are designed to help us excel in the areas of Growth, Leadership, and Lean, building on a strong foundation of DBS fundamentals (Voice of Customer,Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving, and Visual & Daily Management)Position Summary and OverviewGlobal Director DBS, Service is responsible leveraging the Danaher Business System (DBS) to improve the most critical programs across our global Service organization. They will be a key business partner who is results driven with a strong and proven ability to drive effective use of continuous improvement tools, collaborate with diverse teams, implement and sustain change.The successful candidate for this role will be a highly experienced practitioner of continuous improvement and have a deep understanding of the DBS fundamentals and the commercial Service function. In addition, the successful candidate should have cross functional experience working within the commercial organization.Major Responsibilities

Partner with global Vice President of Service and regional Service leaders to build a funnel of cross functional continuous improvement initiatives targeted to drive growth, reduce waste, increase profitability, and improve customer experience

Manage global Service Kaizen Funnel, driving from ideation to execution the most critical events impacting the business

Map end to end business processes to identify and resolve cross functional business opportunities

Support the creation and execution of LBS Policy Deployment

Harmonize global processes across LBS functions and business units, driving consistency in application and impact

Drive alignment between functional engines and identify how to improve to drive efficiencies and/or increase impact

Serve as a key member of the L2 DBS leadership team

Train and install foundational capabilities in PD, Action Planning, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) management. Work with central and regional organizations to create KPI bowlers and Visual Management to sustain innovation process improvement

Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching. Augment with other sources of training and coaching (DHR DBSO, outside sources). Improve DBS training and facilitation by pursuing certification in DBS tools for yourself and others. Evaluate and approve other associates for tool certification

QualificationsHands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture. Is customer focused and possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills. Rapidly adapts to Danaher’s culture and gains the confidence of the Danaher organization. Ability to influence without authority. Capable of driving cross functional collaboration to improve business processes and outcomes. Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.

BS or BA Degree in business, engineering, operations, or equivalent experience required with 10+ years of experience

7+ years of experience in service and commercial organizations with demonstrated success in a global environment

Ability to analyse cross functional processes, assess performance, lead continuous improvement and sustain change; has the skills necessary to be seen as credible by peers and managers across LBS

Sought out as an authority in the DBS Fundamentals or Lean tools (i.e., Visual and Daily Management, 5S, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement, Kaizen, Problem Solving). Recognized "hands-on" expert possessing knowledge of DBS Tools. Outstanding ability to plan, execute and follow-up on kaizens

Ability to work with functions in the implementation of the DBS roadmap and implement key growth initiatives; successfully drives change, handles conflict / ambiguity in a diverse, global work environment

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated successful experience as DBS Leader with extensive DBS experience, or a Lean practitioner

Experience leading initiatives in global organizations

Experience managing people directly or indirectly

Experience developing and owning strategic plan initiatives and in year execution (Policy Deployment, Strategy)

Understanding of operating in regulated environments (e.g., FDA)

Exposure to a wide variety of training and facilitation environments

Hands-on experience implementing DBS (or TPS)

Travel % of Travel, include approximate overnight stays per week

Willingness to travel (often internationally) at least 50% of time

The base salary range for this role is $170,000-185,00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.   • The Director, 340B Programs and Services will be housed under C3s subsidiary, Community Pharmacy Cooperative, LLC (CPC) and is a key member of CPCs leadership team. The Director, 340B Programs and Services provides leadership and direction for the strategic, operational, financial, and administrative functions associated FQHC entities that have a 340B program working with CPC. The Director initiates the administration and ensures the compliance and optimization of these services at the covered entities optimizing program compliance and performance. As a member of the CPC leadership team, the Director is involved in a range of innovation, strategic planning, and program initiatives for all pharmacy services. They will work closely with leadership colleagues to evaluate best industry practices and internal systems, with an eye toward both future needs and budgetary considerations. The Director will support the 340B pharmacy programs and oversee all compliance-related services, with a focus on sustainability, growth, quality patient care, and responsible oversight of pharmacy-related business strategy and initiatives. The person in this position will integrate 340B pharmacy services with all aspects of pharmacy business operations throughout FQHCs aligned with CPC working closely with the Director, Pharmacy Business Management.
