Head of MMLIS Advisor Loan Programs

The OpportunityWork directly with the Head of Advice and Financial Planning & Practice Management to develop and execute key strategies to grow Advisor Productivity and Net Field Force through designing, processing, administering and governing of both the MMLIS Practice Acquisition Loan, and the EXP GDC Wealth Recruiting loan. Coordinate those efforts across Wealth Management and MMFA, working closely with the head of MMFA Recruiting and Development and the field.

Interfaces with Legal and Compliance in a dynamic regulatory environment, implementing changes to mitigate risk in the loan structure, and contract language within the EXPG GDC Wealth Recruiting Loan. Takes steps to ensure any unnecessary risks are addressed through intelligent program design.

Creates an assessment process for Practice Valuations to be used in both EXP GDC Recruiting and Practice Acquisitions

Implements technology, systems, and processes across the business unit through Salesforce to allow for tracking of the business, and detailed workflows

Leads the development, training, and communications for Field and Home Office around the loan programs, and gathers and curate best practices across the Field to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.

Leads and oversees the design of loan processing, administration and governance process for loan approvals.

Oversees program budgets and ensures appropriate management of the loan P&L

Organizes and creates relevant materials for MMFA firms and infrastructure to ensure adherence to the loan programs

Responsible for overseeing staff and assigning tasks, managing workloads, and inspecting work efforts to ensure timely and effective delivery.

The Minimum Qualifications

B.A. in Business/Economics or other similar degree

Series 24 licensed, or ability to obtain the licensing in a timely manner

10+ years’ experience in financial services

Experience in multiple departments, has led enterprise-level initiatives, understands operations, loan design and administration, governance and financial analysis.

Successfully managed projects that touch, cross and/or impact multiple organizational areas

Has worked with and guided senior management through large scale implementation of new initiatives.

In depth knowledge of the wealth industry, varying distribution systems, and financial modeling

In depth knowledge of financial services products and services and the competitive landscape in the recruiting space

The Ideal Qualifications

Has worked in both the Wealth Management and Insurance industries.
