Description We are in the process of hiring an HR Recruiter for our Non-Profit organization, based in Boston, Massachusetts. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment process for a variety of roles. You will collaborate with the HR department and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and establish a consistent pipeline of candidates. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Collaborate closely with the HR department and hiring managers to ascertain recruitment needs and build a robust pipeline of candidates. Utilize existing recruitment tools, such as ADP and Job Target, to identify potential candidates and connect with a diverse range of individuals with experience in the required fields. Devise innovative strategies and techniques to attract and engage high-quality talent in the non-profit sector. Work in tandem with the current HR Recruiter to optimize our hiring processes, minimize time-to-fill, and improve the candidate experience. Support with roles not related to the program, such as the IT Director and Executive Assistant. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, preferably within the Non-Profit sector. Proficiency in Benefits Administration, with the ability to effectively manage and oversee employee benefits programs. Strong skills in Employee Relations, including the ability to resolve conflicts, provide counseling on policies and procedures, and maintain a positive work environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization. Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software or systems. Commitment to the mission and values of the non-profit sector.
