Description Executive Assistant to the CEO Our client is an is an award-winning integrated marketing and PR Agency. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the CEO's time and productivity. Your responsibilities will encompass managing both personal and professional calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Your communication skills will be put to use as you draft and edit correspondence, including social media posts, and you'll even take charge of the CEO's academic commitments during teaching semesters. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to build relationships at all levels will be pivotal in this fast-paced environment where adaptability and professionalism are highly valued.
