Work closely with the SVP of IFS and his executive office to develop and execute strategic communications plans, including internal and external speaking engagements, media interviews, internal communications, thought leadership communications, social networking communications, op-eds, events, and more.
Ensure the executive’s voice is front-and-center in the semiconductor foundry market and is a key voice in bringing Intel’s larger brand narratives to life.
Work closely with the executive and internal stakeholders on positioning, story crafting, launches, announcements, and issues management.
Manage internal and agency resources in the development, coordination, implementation, and/or administration of integrated communications programs, directed toward internal and external stakeholders, including IFS employees, business and technology media, industry analysts, policymakers, and industry influencers.
Work enthusiastically within a dynamic, high-velocity, geographically diffuse team.
Collaborate with the larger GCG team (corporate, employee, technology, international, analyst relations, etc.) to support opportunities pertaining to the company’s foundry strategy.
Contribute to communications development in support of major company moments, e.g. quarterly earnings, events, etc.

QualificationsMinimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related fields required.
8+ years of experience setting and driving strategic executive communications programs. This includes collaborating with top executive teams and managing outside agency budgets and teams.
Demonstrated ability to craft high-quality communications plans and related materials such as executive briefs, Q&A documents, social media content (short- and long-form prose), press materials, etc.
Experience with business and technical media relations and issues management preferred.
Experience in the semiconductor industry, especially semiconductor manufacturing and foundries, will be an advantage.
Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
