Doing this well requires many smart people - big idea generators and a whole host of people to bring those ideas to life. The Product Manager is critical for successful product creations and launches. It is the Product Manager who truly brings a client’s idea to life. The Product Manager deeply understands the client’s business needs, the client’s users and what defines success and can communicate these concepts to the internal development team in such a way that they can execute and meet these goals.The Product Manager will work intimately with our clients and our internal development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, both at a strategic and user story level.YOUR ROLE: Product Manager
Act as an advisor to clients; deeply understanding their definition of success
Act as a key member of the transition from sales/strategy to development
Deeply understand mobile solutions and products to be developed
Work closely with Project Managers to manage scope, timeline and budget
Write detailed user stories and crafts acceptance criteria
Actively guide the development team to build the client’s ideal product
Ensure a product or set of product features meets business requirements
Demonstrate responsibility for end-to-end customer journey and experience
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
2+ years’ experience, ideally working in client services
Bachelor’s degree

Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager or Business Analyst
Notable prioritization skills & ability to proactively manage scope
Strong negotiation skills; ability to prioritize trade-offs
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at various levels of an organization
