Join the EATS Study – Discover the Link Between Diet and Health!

Are you interested in contributing to circadian and nutrition research? The Eating to Adjust the

Timing System (EATS) Study aims to test the effects of dietary composition on the rhythms of

food intake and appetite regulation, and rhythms of energy expenditure. This study seeks to

understand the relationship between dietary composition and weight control in order to lay the

groundwork for evidence-based dietary intervention to combat obesity. More information

Study Information:

3 screening visits

Two 6-day in-laboratory stays at BWH

Total duration of study up to 23 weeks

Frequent blood sampling

Urine, saliva, and stool collections

Be paid up to $4,400 + travel compensation for your participation

Eligibility Criteria:

18-45 years of age

Body Mass Index 18.5—29.9 kg/
