CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Lead UI Programmer to join our office in Boston to work on Project Sirius, a multiplayer game set in the Witcher universe. In this role, you will lead the Sirius Team responsible for implementing and maintaining user interface features for the game.Daily Responsibilities:Manage your direct reports and support their professional development and career path. Including setting up 1:1s, performance management, hiring and promotions. Work closely with designers, artists and other developers to understand their needs and ensure that your team is aligned with everyone to deliver on the expectations.Guiding your team to build and enhance UI features.Maintenance and optimization of existing systems.Creating new features for the user interface framework.Implementing tools for UI artists and designers.Tracking and fixing bugs in game user interface and user interface framework.Managing and completing tasks effectively and on time, while creating high quality code.
