A middle-aged health care professional, working full time, with some minor medical problems, needs a live-in home manager. He is single (no wife, no kids, no relatives) and all alone. His close friends have either died or live far away.
Responsibilities include keeping house organized and clean, light yard work, light cooking (he does not eat much), taking care of house plants, help with light exercises at home. He is of Indian/Pakistani descent who speaks Urdu/Hindu and fluent English.
Applicants must not smoke, or take any drugs.
Single family house, close to Cleveland circle. Easily accessible by Green B, C, D line and bus.
Includes fully furnished large size bedroom with private bathroom. Free garaged parking.
No rent or utilities will need to be paid.
Compensation $3,000/ month (negotiable).
Work is sort of limited, since the advertiser works 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, so individual can continue present job, classes (if graduate student) or post-doctoral research fellow
