Description We are looking for a proficient Office Services Coordinator to join our team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will facilitate office operations by managing reception services, coordinating meetings, overseeing inventory, and maintaining office facilities. The position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the reception area, including visitor registration using various software platforms and responding to inquiries Coordinate the booking of conference rooms and ensure they are prepared and equipped for meetings Manage catering orders for meetings, including setting up and cleaning up Consistently maintain pantry and copy room supplies, ensuring they are fully stocked Handle any IT issues that may arise in conference rooms or with copiers Assist in the planning and execution of office events Maintain a clean and orderly office environment, focusing on common areas Work cooperatively with other team members to share office responsibilities Ensure office security measures are adhered to, including guest registration Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders as needed.Requirements Exceptional proficiency in customer service is required. Demonstrated experience in managing office functions efficiently. Strong aptitude in planning and organizing tasks. Previous experience in receptionist duties and managing front of house. Knowledge and understanding of security protocols and procedures. Experience in facility and warehouse management. Ability to handle document scanning and paper management. Experience in catering coordination for office events and meetings. Understanding of racking systems in a warehouse context. Familiarity with the setup and preparation of conference rooms. Physical ability to lift and move items up to a certain weight (specified as 'pounds' in skills). Proven experience in meeting coordination and management. Proficiency in booking and managing conference facilities.
