This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Global Strategic Advisory Practice team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional consulting roles. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of operational finance, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. We identify areas of opportunity across the operations landscape, develop improvement strategies, and convert that strategy into action to optimize performance.The candidate will join an experienced and closely-knit team of operational and turnaround & restructuring professionals with deep experience in leading, planning and solving the most complex client situations.  The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of postgraduate experience in an operational finance role.    The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated track record with financial management, financial analysis, operations control and have in-plant operational experience. Additionally, we are seeking a candidate with some knowledge and experience in process improvement, supply chain, Lean and/or Six Sigma, and shop floor management.
