Advanced computer skills, proven proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs

Responsibilities :
Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations.
Lead the day-to-day strategy and execution of paid social channels, by outlining effective strategies and techniques for accounts, setup, and management.
Implement paid media disciplines, presenting recommendations and strategy to clients, as well as leading and mentoring junior team members.
Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of paid social channels to effectively drive day-to-day tactical execution of the campaigns and continually exceed client expectations.
Supervise, train and mentor junior team members to build skillsets, and foster strong career growth trajectory within the team
Help manage workflow and allocation of tasks to Paid Social Specialists & Coordinators
Act as a ‘quality assurance’ manager to ensure all campaigns & deliverables are client-ready & error-free
Proactively research client’s business and present business and marketing recommendations or opportunities
Monitor media and competitive trends, best practices and techniques to demonstrate thought leadership, both internally and externally, ensuring account growth and identifying new opportunities
Be comfortable managing upwards when necessary, to tap into Leadership and/or Executive level resources to help troubleshoot client and/or team issues
Ability to stay current on search and social trends, new opportunities, and industry changes, and consistently perform in a fast-paced environment as a team player

Provide strategic project oversight for multiple campaigns at any given time and actively contribute original thinking and sound guidance to all media related programs.
Develop and/or approve direction of RFPs that lead publishers in devising innovative approaches to meeting campaign objectives and delivering value.
Manage the RFP and negotiation process to arrive at a final recommended plan.
Partner with our Analytics team and develop and utilize our own models to predict performance and inform key decisions about the necessary media mix.
Work with cross-functional departments to ensure flawless execution of all media campaigns.
Approve timelines and handle project management.
Conduct ongoing business assessments of projects to determine optimization recommendations and boost campaign performance.

Experience with DoubleClick and other 3rd party tracking solutions preferred
Experience with the following technology platforms preferred (Self-Serve Programmatic DSPs, DFA, Facebook UI/FBX)
Ability to analyze data and deeply understanding of measurement practices, 3rd party measurement companies and web analytics
