You will work closely with the Associate Director of Payroll to develop key reports and processes that assist management in making important decisions. Job Responsibilities Lead master data investigation, auditing, and reconciliation related to Student Payroll. Develop and implement standard reports, processes, and metrics with the Associate Director of Payroll. Analyze payroll data extracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations. Work with Student Employment teams to integrate new systems. Resolve payroll issues by collaborating with other administrative and finance teams across the University. Ensure accurate payroll processing, including payments, tax calculations, and withholdings for over 27,000 individuals.
Skills/Requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate and reconcile complex payroll data. Knowledge of payroll systems, tax laws, and payroll withholding processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with compliance and risk mitigation in payroll processing.
