3 OR MORE years of relevant career experience to include significant full life cycle NetSuite
Account Reconciliation (NSAR) AND/OR Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) implementation experience.
Experience in configuring Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
Accounting background including responsibilities for Account Reconciliation.
Consulting role experience.
Project Leadership or Management role experience.
Deep capacity for influencing customers and guiding them towards best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Possess a passion for helping customers find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively
Outstanding client facing skills. History of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
Independently organizes and performs most work required with minimal guidance and direction
Proactive, results oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
Ability to travel on a modest basis, as appropriate
NetSuite and/or Oracle Certification a plus
NOTE - experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) or competitive offerings such as FloQast, Blackline or Trintech may be considered.

Responsible for leading all phases of the Oracle NetSuite Account Reconciliation implementation including business alignment workshops, designing and configuring the system as per leading practices and working with customers in creating a positive experience.
Provide Oracle NetSuite consulting expertise by applying previous experience with financial close process, account reconciliations and technology solutions.
Act as inspiring leader and advisor to customers to embed leading and best practices in business processes to drive high level of customer satisfaction.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
