What you can expectThis role will support the products within our Employee Engagement portfolio including Workvivo. You will support our Revenue team by working with product and enterprise marketing and cross functional teams. You will assess the product roadmap and curate an enablement bill of materials distributed to sales and partners.About the TeamZoom’s Global Enablement GTM team empowers our world-class revenue team to drive business growth and customer outcomes through exceptional knowledge, skills, and behaviors. We are a growing teamthat enables our global Revenue organization to do their best work and sell more effectively.What we’re looking for
3+ years Sales Engineer experience in SaaS or High-Tech and 2+ years in an enablement, product marketing (or similar role)
Experience deploying training, content/sales processes, and tools to the AE and SE organization
Have supported product launches for a SaaS/UCaaS company (creating Job Aids, coordination and scheduling of presentations and presenters, etc)
Have established repeatable enablement team processes, with defined timing, deliverables, and reporting to drive accountability and measure and correlate impact.
Have partnered with Instructional Designers on the creation, execution and ongoing management of SaaS/UCaaS training curriculum
Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment
