WHAT DOES A PROJECT MANAGER DO?The Project Manager (PM) plays a pivotal role in leading the internal day-to-day operations and delivery for a set of low-to-medium complexity tactical projects (ranging from traditional creative to full digital experience), from inception to completion, within a brand or multiple brands. Project Managers ensure their projects are delivered on time and on budget, and meet the quality and process standards established by Intouch.WHAT IS THE ROLE GENERALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR?Autonomously leading and managing tactical projects from inception to completionEnsuring Agency Process Framework adherence with internal partnersDeveloping, actively managing, and analyzing project plans including communication, timelines, estimates, risk registers, change logs and burn reportsUnderstanding, identifying and proactively managing scope, timeline, budget and risk within a project to minimize or eliminate scope creepManaging and leading communications across project stakeholders to ensure consistent alignmentLeading internal team through the tailoring and project initiation process, status meetings and internal reviewsCoordinating and leading communication for executional efforts with third-party vendors, including partner agenciesProviding estimation and forecasting inputs to the financial trackerInterpreting and distributing project burn analysisActively mentoring and training project coordinators, from onboarding to overseeing daily tasksEnsuring project requirements documentation is developed and exists on the enterprise file systemApprising project stakeholders of detailed project information: burn against planned hours, project health, risks and mitigation plans
