Description We are in search of a Property Administrator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be expected to manage and maintain property management systems, handle accounting functions, and ensure smooth communication with clients through CRM. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain property management systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Handle accounting functions using Accounting Software Systems and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely and efficient manner. Oversee billing functions to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial transactions and record-keeping. Maintain budget processes and monitor budget performance. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues using the CRM system. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required Proficient use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is expected Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is necessary Experience with Management Systems is mandatory Must have a sound understanding of Accounting Functions Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary Must be adept in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Proficiency in Billing Functions is required Must be familiar with Budget Processes.
