They will collaborate with internal and external partners to complete fast paced and time sensitive projects. The Quality Program Delivery Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Works collaboratively with members of the National Medicaid Quality team, state health plan quality teams, and external vendors to support the project management, monitoring, and evaluation of multiple quality activities such as member surveys, improvement projects, and team operations.
Partners with local and national leaders regarding quality program planning and implementation, and then reviews and communicates results from activities.
Understands department and organizational strategy and operating objectives, and makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
1 - 2 years of project management or healthcare quality experience.
Experience working in health care environments/managed care.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree.
CPHQ
Proven experience presenting to organizational leadership and operational teams at various levels.
Strong analytical skills, including experience working with and analyzing data.
PMP, or understanding of project management skills and techniques.
Experience with Consumer Assessment Healthcare Provider and Systems (CAHPS) survey or other member surveys.
