Be a welcoming presence for visitors

Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures

Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

Order office and kitchen supplies

Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

Requirements

1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

Customer service and office administrative skills

Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Command of customer service

Clerical Duties experience desired

Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
