This role ensures a seamless booking experience that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. The Reservations Agent acts as a key point of contact for guests, travel partners, and internal departments to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency. In addition, this position will be heavily involved in the achievement of Forbes 5-star standards.
