RQA, Inc assists clients with quality audits and product recalls. We are currently seeking an retail back-checker / independent contractor to verify the work of local auditors. Your role is to check and confirm the accuracy of their audits, helping ensure top-notch consumer experiences.
Key Points:
Hourly Rate: $22 per hour
Flexible Hours: Work Tuesday to Friday only—no weekends or Mondays.
Hours of Operation: Start no earlier than 5:00 AM and finish no later than 7:00 PM.
Work Duration: Back checks take 6-8 hours.
Time Commitment: You'll complete 4-12 checks per year.
Process: Wait at least one month between checks for each auditor.
Training: Virtual training is required before you start.
What You’ll Do:
Back Checks: Verify at least 75+ SKUs from the previous day's audits, with the possibility of more depending on
the auditor's performance and the number of stores audited.
Store Coverage: You’ll need to back check at least half of the stores audited from the previous day.
Documentation: Document any errors and take photos using the RQA Services App.
Confidentiality: Keep all project details confidential.
