As a member of Red Hat OpenShift AI’s Agilst cadre, you will have the opportunity to develop the Agile culture of an entire organization. You will engage with teams, departments/programs, and stakeholders in the organization to promote an Agile mindset. As an individual contributor, you will coach and mentor a subset of teams and team leadership, and ensure the consistent application of Agile best practices and tools. Just as importantly, you will be collaborating closely with like-minded Agile professionals working with teams of their own as we build out an organization that fully lives into the Agile values and principles.What you will do
Evangelize Agile values to promote business agility across the organization.
Identify and address systemic impediments hindering team progress.
Collaborate with fellow Agile practitioners to implement best practices.
Guide teams in visualizing and managing their work collaboratively.
Support new teams in formation, goal prioritization, and sprint commitment.
Improve communication for enhanced transparency and predictability.
Foster a trusting environment for open problem discussion and solution finding.
Model effective retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Mentor Product Management and Leadership to support backlog management.
Facilitate cross-team initiatives for major project mapping.
What you will bring
Proven experience in developing Agile strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Expertise in collaborating on complex Agile transformations across various teams and departments.
A Deep understanding of Agile principles and organizational strategy as they apply to teams, programs, and organizations.
Advanced coaching and facilitation skills to support teams in their Agile journey.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction and professional engagement.
Certification, Education, and experience
Certifications we find helpful: CSM, PSM (or equivalent) and a CSP or PMI-ACP or ICP-ACC and ICP-ATF
Recommend working towards CTC or ICF Accreditation
While degrees and certifications are valued we are especially interested in candidates with 10 or more years as a successful Agile leader of teams or organizations.

Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay TransparencyRed Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity.
