CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a dedicated Senior Animation Programmer who is passionate about developing high-fidelity, scalable animation systems and behaviors. This role involves working on various aspects of animation, from sophisticated gunplay and character locomotion to enhancing the environments our characters interact with, including the vehicles they drive and the worlds they inhabit.You will address a diverse range of engineering challenges essential for delivering believable and consistent animations across various situations and game modes, collaborate with animators, artists, and fellow engineers to design, prototype, and implement new features, and continuously enhance our character fidelity and believability as we scale up in complexity. Additionally, you will develop and improve workflows to ensure that both animators and engineers can efficiently build, refine, and debug animation behaviors.
