Nexthink is looking for an experienced field marketer to join our North American Field Marketing team.  Success in this role requires the ability to define an activity strategy with brand, customer acquisition and growth goals at the heart, provide excellent project management & communication skills, maintain a keen eye for compelling and innovative experiences. Your attention to detail, field, partner and channel marketing experience, and ability to build strong business relationships cross functionally will drive you to succeed in Nexthink’s fast paced and dynamic environment.If you are someone who:Creates exceptional experiences to engage and delight enterprise customers & prospects both online and offlineDevelops strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partnersUnderstands how to use and define metrics and is comfortable with accountabilityManages simultaneous programs with high attention to detailWorks collaboratively across marketing, BDR, sales, customer success, channel, and partnership teamsthen we should talkWhat You Get to Do:Partner across the organization to strategize and execute amazing experiences that drive the business forward with key accountsLiaise directly with partner marketing managers at key accounts to develop marketing strategies that will grow our relationships and sales pipelineStrategize, plan and execute all aspects of events including goal setting, speaking sessions, audience acquisition, pre, post and on-site logistics, budget management, and measurement to ensure the success of these eventsCoordinate event marketing lead processes and communication mechanisms including event promotion, follow up and nurture with demand generation and content teamsCollaborate internally across teams to ensure events achieve goalsManage and oversee events on the day of as required, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing deliveries/vendorsPre, onsite and post event logistical managementConceptualize and design event inventory that align with our evolving branding and corporate cultureThink big to deliver new ideas and creative approaches to constantly improve the customer experience
