A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Associate in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).Summary:The client is an asset management company and this an opportunity to work for a great company with extremely smart and talented employees. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.Responsibilities:
Senior Finance Associate will handle operations and administrative activities related to partnerships
Perform carry, vesting, and profit/loss allocations
Prepare financial reporting
Prepare tax estimates and tax returns
Enter journal entries into accounting system
As a Senior Finance Associate, you will respond to investor inquiries and information requests
Mentor junior team members
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3 years of accounting experience with tax exposure and/or public accounting experience with audit or tax
Understanding of investment partnerships
Strong interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel skills
CPA and/or Master's degree is preferred
Experience with fund accounting software is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
