We have provided customers with the ability to find transparent and simple pricing, receive 24/7 customer service support, and have their meds delivered to their doorsteps while creating programs and products that embody our mission andposition ourselves in becoming the world’s safest and fastest online pharmacy.We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager- Tech to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they needto get and stay healthy!As a product owner, you will have end-to-end ownership of the customer experience, from defining the product vision through building and launching the product in partnership with front-end and back-end technical teams. In this role, you will work with a team of technical and non-technical stakeholders ranging from engineers, technical program managers and designers to product managers and marketers.#everydaybetterKey job responsibilitiesYou will:

Lead the development and implementation of creative, high-quality product roadmaps based on product strategy and vision

Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of our products

Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, scope, and time to market

Work closely with frontend/backend engineering teams, design, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver products to market

Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals

Manage product planning and development through day to day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including engineers, designers and business or subject matter representatives

Develop detailed, crisp user stories with acceptance criteria based on customer needs/experience and business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture

Work with UX Research to design usability and research studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience

Define and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success

Drive product launches including working with public relations/marketing team, customers, executives, and other team members

Play active role in optimization and process improvements between product, design, and engineering teams

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or healthcare space

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
